Attorney Sheena Moran also has significant experience in working with business owners to set up businesses which comply with the law and protect the business owners on a personal level. She works with businesses to review contracts, agreements, leases, real estate purchases, and other documents to protect the business. She works with cooperatives in this capacity as well as homeowners’ associations to ensure they are in compliance with CCIOA. Sheena Moran has worked with special districts to ensure they are in compliance with Title 37 and Title 24 when acting in their governmental capacities.

Sheena Moran attended Eastern Kentucky University and received two Bachelor’s of Arts, one with a major in Criminal Justice and minor in Political Science and one in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies. Ms. Moran graduated valedictorian and was named the University’s Most Outstanding Senior. During her undergraduate experience, she competed nationally in the American Mock Trial Association.

Sheena Moran graduated from the University of Denver Law School in 2009 with honors. She graduated in the top 10% of her class or Order of St. Ives. During law school, she interned with two district Court Judges and worked for a Private Investigator. Ms. Moran completed the Civil Litigation Clinic and interned with the Colorado Attorney General’s office. Further, she completed a one year paid internship with the Jefferson County District Attorney’s office. Sheena Moran’s experience in litigation included competing nationally in trial competitions at the University of Denver and Eastern Kentucky University. Ms. Moran was named the Most Outstanding Orator at the University of Denver in 2008, winning the Hoffman Cup. Sheena Moran was named an All-American Attorney in 2006 by the American Mock Trial Association.

Sheena Moran opened S. M. Moran Law Office in 2009 and has focused her practice in the areas of business law, elder law, and trust & estates. She teaches as adjunct faculty for the University of Denver and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Sheena enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors of Colorado when outside of the office.
